Everything that shows up in your dashboard starts here. The Manage data module is where you build and maintain the emissions inventory that powers every calculation in the platform. It consists of two tabs:
| Element | Description |

| Filter bar | Global filters (Date, Entity, Category, Status) + free‑text Filter on anything search. Refreshes both tabs in real time. |
| Add item button | Opens the Add inventory item wizard. Visible only on the Inventory tab. |
| Scope headers | Rows are auto‑grouped under Scope 1, 2 or 3 so you can quickly see coverage gaps. |
| Inline actions | Hover any row to access Edit, Duplicate, Archive from the ••• menu. |
| Status chips | Colour‑coded icons show Draft, Active or Archived at a glance. |
Global filters narrow down the list so you can focus on the slice of data that matters.
Chooses the reporting period displayed (full year by default). When you change the period, the Value for and Status for columns update accordingly.
Displays items that belong to one or more selected entities. Hierarchical – selecting a parent includes all child entities unless manually deselected.
Filters by GHG category (mostly relevant for Scope 3). Helpful for checking completeness before closing a reporting period.
