Once your carbon footprint is complete, you may want to share an overview of your organisation’s emissions with colleagues or use it to track internal progress. The Carbon summary report helps you capture a clear visual summary of your footprint directly from the dashboard.

Before you start

Before creating your summary report, make sure that:

• All relevant inventory items and activity data have been filled in.
• Your data reflects the correct reporting period and organisational boundaries.
• You are confident that your carbon footprint is finalised.

Tip: The summary report is intended for internal use only. For external communication or formal reporting, the GHG Reporting module will soon be available.

Generating your report

1. Go to Dashboard from the navigation menu.
2. Use the filters to select specific entities, scopes, or periods you wish to include.
3. Review the visual overview:
   • Timeline graphs showing emission trends.
   • Bar charts grouping emissions by category.
   • Table displaying your largest emission sources.
4. Press Ctrl (or Command) + P to open your print settings.
